Mr. MacAvery was a tax partner at KPMG for 15 years and was the lead tax partner on many substantial engagements.
He has a BA in Economics from Hamilton College, a JD from Albany Law School and an MS in Accountancy from New York University.

 He is a New York State CPA and a member of the bar of the State of New York.
