Mr. Hamilton was a tax partner at KPMG Peat Marwick for over 12 years. He was the lead tax partner on several of the firm's large multi-national clients, as well as some of its medium-size clients. His experience includes a specialty in international taxation, with a strong general corporate tax background. He is a New York State CPA, and has a MBA from the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University, and a BA from the University of Bristol, England.
